Please note that certain factors—such as holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays—may affect shipment timing. While most orders arrive within the expected window, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as transit times are managed by the shipping carrier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.
If your order has already shipped, simply email us with the subject line “CANCEL”, and we’ll assist you from there.

ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details as soon as possible.
We can update your address within the first 24 hours after your order is placed.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We package every order with care, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1000), items may arrive damaged due to carrier handling.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

Once we receive this information, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
